Refurbishment Project Management
Working together with our in house project management team and leading development managers, we have managed and implemented refurbishment projects of all scales across prime central London.
We have developed relationships with a small and carefully selected number of architects, engineers, build teams and specialist sub-contractors and designers who we believe deliver an outstanding level of commitment and workmanship. Our project management team (or chosen development manager) independently manages the tender process, contract administration and oversees the build project from inception to completion to ensure our client’s refurbishment project is delivered to an exceptionally high standard of finish on time and on budget.

For large scale interior design projects we prefer to refer our clients to a panel of interior designers from which they can choose the individual who best understands the creative brief.
However, for clients who wish to implement a small cosmetic refurbishment, we are accustomed to helping with choosing kitchens and bathrooms, paint colours, floor finishes, ironmongery and a variety of furniture and soft finishes.
For international buyers we can provide a complete turnkey and concierge service which covers both pre and post completion periods. The service is comprehensive and covers all possible client requirements; whether they relate to the move, to the property, to selecting new schools, to interviewing and recruiting new staff or just making suggestions and introductions to clubs, societies and/or local businesses.
We provide a professional property management service where we have acquired property on behalf of a client as a rental investment. Managing residential property is time consuming and burdensome, particularly if, as is often the case, our client is based overseas. Our management team will take responsibility for appointing the best letting agents for your property and overseeing the lettings process and subsequently managing the property and the requirements of its tenants for the duration of the tenancy period.
Where our clients are re-locating to London temporarily, need an interim solution between selling and buying a new property, are redeveloping their existing property or plan to rent for the foreseeable future, we offer a full rental search service to secure the right property for the required term. The rental market is often chaotic and overwhelming – properties move very quickly and pricing is very market driven.
